How to Write Effective Feedback
Good feedback includes specific details that help us understand the issue:
- For bugs: browser name and version, operating system, what you clicked, what happened versus what you expected, whether it's reproducible.
- For abuse reports: approximate date/time, what behavior was observed, whether you used the in-app Report feature.
- For suggestions: what problem the feature would solve, how you'd expect it to work, why current options are insufficient.
Response time: We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Due to the small team size, response times may vary during busy periods.
What We Can and Can't Help With
We can help with:
- Technical issues: site not loading, connection problems, interface bugs
- Moderation appeals: if you believe your IP was banned incorrectly
- Partnership inquiries: business opportunities aligned with our privacy-first values
- General questions about platform features and usage
We cannot help with:
- Recovering lost conversations (we do not store them)
- Identifying other users (we don't have that information)
- Removing content that someone else recorded or shared (beyond our control)
- Providing legal advice or intervening in disputes between users
